 Tragedy keeps happening in the world. St. Francis Dam in Los Angeles collapsed last night. Multiple people were driving on the dam late last night. Nobody has reported anything that would be concerning about the dam. One person did report as they drove passed, a few minutes later there was a slight rumble. 11:57 there was a voltage drop At the Bureau of Power and Light at both Receiving Stations in Los Angeles and the Water Works and Supply at Powerhouse. 

          A transformer has exploded. The reservoir was empty as the flood wave came over overnight. The main dam was broken into several pieces. It was reported that after the flood traveled one and half miles, it destroyed heaving concrete Powerhouse No. 2 and took the lives of 64 of the workmen. Power has been lost even after it was restored. People were notified after officers went door to door to notify them. This tragic story of the dam is very devastating at this time.
