  Macy’s had opened their largest store and wanted to throw a parade to celebrate in the recent opening on Thanksgiving. This parade wasn’t to celebrate thanksgiving but to tell shoppers to shop at Macy’s on Christmas. Employees had marched in different costumes, had floats, and live animals. After three hours at the end, Santa Claus would come out. 

  As two year have passed,the parade would start to make minor changes. World war ll would make these minor changes as helium for balloons was used for war.  This parade had officially become something New York would be now holding every year from now on.
